Board of Review – Formal Appeal Process

If you disagree with your assessment after your Open Book discussion, you may file an appeal with the Board of Review:

  • Deadline to File an Appeal: Tuesday, August 5th, 2025, at 4:00pm
  • Board of Review Hearing: Thursday, August 7th, 2025, from 4:00m – 6:00pm at Fox Lake Town Hall

To file an appeal:

  2. Submit the Objection to Real Property Assessment (PA-115A) form to Fox Lake Town Hall or via email.
