OFFICIAL NOTICE 

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 

Notice is hereby given by the Town of Fox Lake of Dodge County, Wisconsin, that it will receive sealed bids for 2026 road construction bids, in the office of the Town Hall located at W01543 County Road F, P.O. Box 124, Fox Lake, Wisconsin 53933. Bids are due no later than 6:45 pm on April 13th, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read at the town board meeting at 7 pm April 13th. 

Bid packs may be obtained by contacting Roads Committee Supervisor #2, Jason Grams at 1-920-450- 1704. 

The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. 

Contractor must have an onsite pre-job meeting with a representative of the Town in prior to award. 

A letting of the work described herein is subject to the provisions of Section 66.293 Wisconsin Statutes and the law and ordinances of the Town of Fox Lake of Dodge County relating to wage rates payable on the work.
